Terms & Conditions

1. Booking – A deposit of £20.00 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be treated as confirmation of a booking.
2. Cancellation Policy – We offer a full refund if notice of Cancellation is given a full 14 days before date of booking, after this Time we reserve the right to charge for the full duration of your stay.
3. The balance can be paid on departure by cash or credit/debit card.
4. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets in any of our rooms.
5. We have a strict No Smoking policy.
6. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge however we cannot always guarantee a consistent service.
7. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of monies paid. No further financial claims will be considered.
